At ForCosmo, we guarantee you the opportunity to return the product if you do not achieve the desired result.
Terms and Conditions of the Golden Guarantee Policy:
The guarantee applies only to purchases made through ForCosmo’s official sales and communication channels (i.e., the official online store). It does not cover external retail outlets.
Return requests must be submitted either by sending an official email containing the order number and reason for return or via WhatsApp only.
Products may be returned within a maximum of 3 days from the date the order is received by the customer.
Once the initial return request is approved, we will coordinate the product pickup within 2–3 business days through one of our approved shipping companies.
The original product box must be retained and included with the returned items when handed over to the shipping company.
The external packaging must be in its original condition and free from any damage.
Once we receive the returned items from the shipping company, they will be inspected within 2 business days, and the customer will be notified whether the return has been accepted or rejected. This inspection includes verifying the product condition and confirming that the original box is included. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and the items will be shipped back to the customer.
If the return is accepted, the purchase amount will be refunded within 48 hours from the date the returned products are received and approved.
A fee of 30 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used by the customer during the original purchase.
Any promotional benefits received during the purchase (e.g., discount coupons, free shipping) will be considered void upon return.
